Shmuli & Chana Falk are not your typical couple. Each entered marriage carrying the weight of childhood trauma and pain, embarking on a journey of self-discovery as they worked to build a new life together. Just as they stood on the cusp of a positive new chapter, the carpet was pulled from beneath them. They found themselves in the hands of a couple who promised them the world, at the expense of their very lives. At what felt like a point of no return, Shmuli grasped onto an imaginary lifeline and began the long climb out of the abyss, pulling both himself and Chana towards hope and healing. The road that followed was one of emotional and mental recovery, as they slowly rebuilt a life rooted in meaning, purpose, care and giving. Alongside their own journey through infertility and secondary infertility, with all of the pain, heartbreak and challenges that came with it, Shmuli & Chana discovered within themselves the ability to become a foundation of support for thousands of couples across Israel. In this episode, they share publicly for the first time, their extraordinary journey of trauma, resilience, healing and hope, revealing how some of life's darkest moments became the catalyst for helping others find their own light. Welcome to the final episode of The Nexus podcast for this year.  This week's episode is really something special and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to sit down with Rabbi Joseph Dweck, somebody who has impacted the UK Jewish communities in so many ways over the past 12 years of his leadership and guidance and I highly recommend for people who want to explore more over by Rabbi Dweck's teachings to go online and search for his classes.  In addition to his years of service to both Shuls and schools in the Us, in 2013, Rabbi Joseph Dweck was elected Senior Rabbi of the S&P Sephardi Community with a stunning 270-4 vote, later inaugurated at the historic Bevis Marks Shul.  Since then, Rabbi Dweck has become one of the most prominent Jewish voices in the UK — earning himself a number of prestigious positions and eloquently and artfully interfacing between the Jewish community and The wider UK public at large. It is a true honour to have spent time in Rabbi Dweck's home, having this conversation a few short months before he and his family relocate to their new home in Israel.  I hope you enjoy --- Your feedback is gratefully appreciated!  • WhatsApp +4477 466 70 691  • Email [email protected]  Until next time 👋🏽 Hosted on Acast. Rabbi Noiky Roberts is a globally recognised speaker, educator, and wedding singer whose unique ability to blend charisma, authenticity, humour, and deep Torah insight has inspired audiences across continents. Raised in Gateshead and later spending three decades in the close-knit community of Gibraltar, Rabbi Roberts has built a life centred around simplicity, faith, and meaningful human connection — values that stand in sharp contrast to the noise and urgency of modern living. From overcoming personal struggles and anxiety in his early years, to dedicating his life to Chinuch, community leadership, and inspiring thousands through shiurim, public speaking, and music, Rabbi Roberts represents a rare balance between public performer and deeply grounded servant of Hashem. In this conversation, we explore profound themes including Bitachon, the pursuit of success, overcoming fear, the power of consistency, community life, and what it truly means to feel at home, both physically and spiritually. We’ll also hear personal reflections on resilience, faith, education, and bringing timeless Jewish wisdom to audiences across the world. This is a conversation about purpose, perspective, and discovering meaning in both the spotlight and the quiet moments behind it. --------------------- We really appreciate your feedback!  • WhatsApp +4477 466 70 691  • Email [email protected]  Until next time 👋🏽 Hosted on Acast. Welcome back to Part 2 of my conversation with Gedalia Miller.  We've all seen the signage and we've all seen the adverts for the incredible Shabatons advertised by Kesher Nafshi .  Besides, for the logistics of arranging such weekends, I wanted to understand what impact these events provide for the attendees and how the journey of launching such intensely scheduled programmes evolved and what the vision was from the onset.  Kesher Nafshi has embedded itself across dozens of communities globally providing not just spiritual, emotional and psychological healing to families going through this challenging chapter but more importantly in its continuously expanding level of in reach to new communities, providing training, events, and one-to-one family Care helping struggling teens, their parents, siblings and extended families navigate this journey with understanding compassion and  lasting success.  Join me on my conversation with Gedalia Miller as we discover the magic of Kesher Nafshi Once again, a huge thank you to Maxim Cohen from the UK Finance Group for his continued support of this podcast. This week I'm delighted to share with you my conversation with Mattis Orgel.  Mattis founded one of the UK's leading kitchen manufacturers and suppliers, and his journey to get there is nothing short of remarkable.  So often we watch businesses from the outside seeing the build, seeing the development, seeing the growth, but rarely do we understand the long and arduous path that it took to get there. Mattis doesn't shy away from sharing about his challenge with ADHD, how it helped form his vision for the business but how it also set up tremendous obstacles that he had to learn to circumvent. Stick around to the end where you'll hear about financial policies when it comes to borrowing money to help fuel growth for business, and how refusing to rely on debt has helped carry the business through difficult times. There's plenty of gold dust here for many people in business, regardless of which industry you're in. --- Your feedback is gratefully appreciated!  • WhatsApp +4477 466 70 691  • Email [email protected]  Until next time 👋🏽 Hosted on Acast.
