Rabbi Labish Becker is the son of Rabbi Dovid Eliyahu Becker zt"l, who served as a Rov in Milwaukee for over 40 years and was a Talmid Muvhak of Rav Shimon Shkop in Breinsk. He is also the grandson of Horav Moshe Yechiel Halevi Epstein ztvk"l, the Ozerover Rebbe, and the Mechaber of Sifrei Eish Dos and Be'er Moshe. Rabbi Becker studied at the Telshe Yeshiva in Chicago and then continued on to the Mir Yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel, where he learned under the Rosh Hayeshiva, Reb Chaim Shmulevitz, and Reb Nochum Partzovitz. He later studied at the Lakewood Yeshiva under Reb Shneur Kotler zt"l. Additionally, he learned in the Mir Kollel under Reb Shmuel Berenbaum. He was also a close Talmid of the Tenker Rov, Reb Shlomo Zalman Friedman zt"l (author of Chemdas Shlomo and a student of the Atzei Chaim of Sighet), from whom he received his S'micha. Rabbi Becker served as a Rebbe in Yeshivos Ohr Someach, Eish HaTorah, and Dvar Yerushalayim before taking a position with Agudas Yisroel of America, where he served as the Menahel of Reshet Shiurei Torah and currently holds the role of Executive Director of the Agudah. He has nearly 2,000 recorded Shiurim on Parsha, Moadim, and Pirkei Avos.
