In addition, to live, interactive, in-person, or online shiurim (Torah classes?), the First Seder Bais Medrash provides numerous broadcast shiurim for men and women. There is an in-depth weekly Shiur expanding on the history and meaning of Sefer Tehilim, as well as a weekly shiur based on the writings of the Maharal. There are also shorter daily shiurim in Musar(right now we are learning Shaarei Teshuva, switching soon to Pelah Yoetz), and the Sifrei Chofetz Chaim. In addition, two Mishna Berura shiurim are sent out every day. One follows the Dirshu schedule while the other is a five-minute class covering one section of the page of Mishna Berurah. Whatever your interest or level of learning, there is a shiur for you!
