Mixture should be sticky. If not, add more dates. Press into a 10 x 7 inch dish. Layer 2: 1 banana 4 Tablespoons almond butter 3 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup cocoa powder Blend the second layer and pour over the date layer.
