Over the past year, I’ve been deeply invested in creating several albums. One of them reflects my personal journey. During this past Summer, while continuing my personal growth, I felt compelled to take a break from composing deeply personal songs. Instead, I directed my focus on crafting simpler, yet heartfelt songs for YomTov Sukkos. The result is a collection of many YomTov songs, with less Yiddish language than my usual albums, but indeed Yiddish at heart. It features a blend of the old and new styles —live orchestras as well as electronic music, and even includes some comical songs. Unlike my previous albums, this one didn’t take years of meticulous planning. It was born from a burst of inspiration to return to the original essence of Lipa in anticipation of Yom Tov Sukkos. It fell into my hands, as if from heaven. This combination of music and art is a genuine expression of my soul, and I’m truly grateful to Hashem for the opportunity to share it with all of you.
