Without the tools to achieve balance and presence, developing a spiritual connection and finding meaning in Judaism can feel overwhelming. The Kavana Project addresses this by providing accessible resources tailored to the Jewish community, fostering mindfulness and mental well-being while creating a deeper fulfillment of Judaism.
