Burning Flame - Miriam Leah Gamliel - For Women Only
Burning Flame - Miriam Leah Gamliel - For Women Only
Finally releasing for KISLEV (Chodesh Kislev tov!)
But this was my first original song! (with no AI!)
Inspired by a whatsapp dvar Torah by the Russian Chabad Shlucha, and a challenge from my friend Ayala Feingold to write a song.
Here are lyrics:
Monday the righteous guy falls down -
Tuesday he falls down again
Wednesday and Thursday he falls and
Friday he makes it his plan
Through all his trips and his bruises
He continues to walk on the road
Every day of his life he is climbing
Every day its a heavier load
He will rise again
Over and over again
He’s a burning flame
Rise, he’ll rise up
Step it up to the front lines
Kulam Tzadikim we save lives
When we’re one, we will not fail
Mi K’Amcha Yisrael
The valley’s dark and the bridge is narrow
But we can walk it just looking ahead
We won’t break when the hate shoots its arrows
Am Yisrael Chai Leyolam Va’ed
We’re a burning flame
Over and over again
He will call our name
Rise, we’ll rise up
We will rise up from the dust and
We’ll be seen fighting for justice
We will sing, we will sing
7 thousand times we get up from falling
Like the olive when we’re crushed we give light
Electric sparks in us start to ignite
With only one of us we brighten the dark
But when united like one man with one heart
We’re a burning flame
Over and over again
He will call our name
And we will rise, we will rise
We’re a burning flame... We are a burning flame
Dedicated to the nation of Israel and all those who continue to rise despite the struggle, and those who rise to help others no matter how difficult. This is the work of saving lives.
