Ingredients: Crepes 1 cup milk 1 cup water 4 large eggs 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp Clos Mesorah olive oil Pinch of salt 1 tsp sugar Filling: 1 lb farmer cheese 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 cup heavy cream For Serving: Tuscanini raspberry syrup Fresh berries Instructions: 1.⁠ ⁠Make the Crepe Batter In a bowl, whisk together milk, water, eggs, flour, oil, salt, and sugar until completely smooth.
