Baruch Hashem I have been blessed to be a mother of a beautiful family. One of my children has Autism and is non verbal. It has been the greatest challenge and the greatest gift at the same time. Through my challenges I have connected to the words of Tehillim to bring me comfort and a closeness to Hashem. With Siyata Dishmaya, I have been writing meditations based on the words of Tehillim that were meaningful to me. I am humbled to be able to share them with you. Thoughts of my Heart, are transformative meditations based on Tehillim for the Jewish Woman. Through these meditations we begin to focus on our meaningful journey inwards and upwards. Inwards towards our true selves and upwards towards Hashem. Then, we will be able to look outwards with a new perspective. To be able see things a bit differently. With renewed energy, love, kindness and compassion towards ourselves and eachother. It is my hope that Jewish women find strength and comfort in these words just as I have. May we merit to bring Mashiach very soon, amen!
