*Corrected Version* Join me in this short guided meditation towards הודאה/Hoda'a, gratefulness. Take a short time out from your busy day to focus on the things you are grateful for, and experience this gratitude through the spirituality of your soul, invigorating your life and replenishing your connection with the Divine. An important note about this meditation, as it corrects a phrase that was mistakenly used in the previous version: "experiencing the life of the Creator of All". Of course, this is impossible, as the life and essence of the Creator is transcendent and completely unknowable. This phrase has been replaced with "experiencing the life emanating from the Creator of All". Please replace the old version with this one. Thank you. Please like & subscribe! Thank you. In the mystical wisdom of the Torah, the Shin ש contains the spiritual energies of balance and equilibrium. Containing three arms, it balances right and left with its center column. In times of anxiety, meditating on this letter can draw forth on these energies, to allow for the anchoring and balancing of the mind and consciousness. This short meditation guides the listener to experience the balancing energies contained within the Shin ש. This meditation was inspired by the meditation “Unifying” by Rabbi Shmuel Ozhekh in his wonderful meditation app Eden. In Jewish Torah thought, the physical pleasures of life are a wonderful, positive thing, when elevated and used in the pursuit of the Divine. This is the purpose of reciting a Bracha, a blessing, before eating food, as it allows for the alignment of will and pleasure, and leads to the ultimate Tikkun, perfection, of the food being consumed. In this meditation, the listener is guided through the recital of the blessing over water in deep spiritual meditation, leading to the profound joy of synergy between pleasure and will. Complete Bracha recited in this meditation: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה אֲדֹנָי אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם שֶׁהַכֹּל נִהְיָה בִּדְבָרוֹ Baruch atah Adonay Eloheinu Melech Ha’Olam shehakol nihiyah bid'varo.
