We may not realize it until years later, but we internalize much more than we think. For as long as I can remember, I have been under the belief that I am extremely forgettable. Therefore, I have been subconsciously using my talents to try and be recognized, stand out, and be different. Realizing that as the source has allowed me to start letting go of the shadows that follow me, so I can work on my projects unencumbered by the feelings of inadequacy. We need to be enough for ourselves, it does not matter what others think. As long as you are doing what's best for you, that is what really counts. Take a deep breath. It will all be okay. It is super difficult to not compare yourself or your achievements to other people. You have been through a lot to get to where you are, and you are on a different road. Your accomplishments are important, although to you they might not seem like a lot. This is especially true regarding older things- it has been so long since then, it doesn't feel like as big of a deal. My challenge to you all, and it is a big one this week, is to make a list of your accomplishments. Not other people, YOURS. This could be physical, spiritual, emotional, or psychological.

If you don't invest, save, or plan, the money will slip through your fingers. Generally, you can tell how much effort and work has been put into something, and this can reflect positively or negatively on YOU. What type of reputation do you want to have? My challenge to you all for this week, is to make a to do list every day and check off at least one thing every day.

Change is good for us- It's incredibly hard, while at times seems suspiciously easy. How we react is up to us. Are you going through a change right now? My challenge for you all this week is dependent on your current situation in life. If you are going through a change period, then my challenge is to take time for yourself to spend some time on yourself and self-care, to make things seem less chaotic than they are, and also to think about your circumstance and how you are growing/what you can work on. If nothing in your life is changing, then my challenge is to think of a past time you went through a change/transitional period in your life and make a list of 3 ways you grew.
