TABC STUDIO 1600 Presents: SHE’YESH M’CHADESH ft. Special Guest Eli Levin & Jacob Oustacher ‘24
Despite being a senior, Jacob Oustacher joined the Studio 1600 Music elective this school year. While experiencing his own personal struggles, he focused on building emunah and wanted to write a song that reflected that. When looking up pesukim with Mr. Spadaro to highlight emunah, he came across a beautiful teaching from Rebbe Nachman of Breslov. In Likutei Moharan 7:1, the Rebbe claims that the reason for our continued Galus is none other than a lack of emunah. When we delve into our emunah through meaningful prayer, we have the ability to do wonders and even change the course of nature itself. Jacob gravitated toward the style of Yosef Karduner, and to help elevate this acoustic-driven song, special guest Eli Levin contributed his beautiful vocals to the track. We hope you enjoy this uplifting song and connect deeply to its message.
