1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup water

3 large apples
1/3 tablespoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
120 grams (about 1/2 cup) Gefen Maple Syrup
handful of whole walnuts
handful of raisins
1/2 cup matzo meal
