Have you ever repeated a positive affirmation you were supposed to say, but realized deep down that your body didn't believe a single word of it? We tend to look at our bodies from the outside in by judging what we see in the mirror, criticizing our "imperfections", and treating our struggles with body image or intimacy like separate, frustrating problems to solve. It's exhausting, and honestly, it leaves a lot of us feeling incredibly lonely. But if you've ever felt like your body shuts down or goes into overdrive when you just want to connect, you aren't alone. This is your nervous system simply trying to protect you. Real healing doesn't happen by forcing yourself to repeat affirmations you don't actually believe. It happens when we step out of our heads and learn to listen to what our bodies are telling us from the inside out. When we feel safe, our entire physiology shifts, moving us away from shame and anxiety and opening us up to true, deep connection. This podcast is a gentle space to explore somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional truth. Together, we'll move past the isolation, look at the hidden pain beneath the surface, and learn how to build a richer, kinder, and safer relationship with our bodies and ourselves.

Let's talk about LOVE.So many of my clients ask me: "Why is it that when my husband shows me his love, I don't really feel it so much...it doesn't feel enough; I always want more!" What's going on here? We want to be able to receive the love from our loved ones. But maybe we're getting in our own way? In this episode we'll explore: - Why can't you be receptive to your husband's love - What does it mean to have an empty love-bucket - What self-love has got to do with this and how to do this practically  - How to pay attention to your own core-needs and what happens when you do - How to practically become a recipient of love - What happens to LOVE when we take care of our own needs Download my free "Tune In Journal" and accompanying guided meditation here.  For more information about my 1:1 coaching and group programs, check out renareiser.com.

On this past Sunday, I led a sample class for my upcoming program, Tune In: Discover Your Inner Wisdom. You can listen to the recording & register for the program here. Bring your favorite warm drink and an open heart and mind... On the agenda: I started off with a grounding meditation I taught a bit about connecting to our inner wisdom We discussed a bit We practiced what we learned (not recorded) We returned with glowing faces and discuss some more A bit about the upcoming program: This brand new course is open to women who want to learn how to distinguish the voice of their intuition from the voice of their inner critic. It is the 1st part in a series. For many of us, our decision making is hampered because we mistake our inner critic as our voice of reason. We act from fear, confusion, and unfair expectations. By learning to find the voice of your intuition, you'll discover a world of trust and compassion you didn't know existed. You'll finally be in a place to grow and make powerful changes. This course will be the prerequisite for all my other upcoming courses. The group is limited to 8 women. We meet over zoom with our videos on, and practice in pairs during and between sessions. Time: Sundays 9-11am EDT / 4-6pm Israel - 10 meetings April 25 - July 11 (excluding Erev Shavuos and the Fast of 17 Tammuz). Join us here.

Purim. It often becomes a frantic blur. We get shlepped along in the chaos of Mishloach Manos, food, costumes… Stretched to our limits, by internal pressure and external pressure.  Often we don't tune into what WE really want to get out of this special day.  But this year Purim can be different. This week's episode is a mini-workshop to help you explore how YOU can get the most out of YOUR Purim this year. In this episode, we'll explore: Why we go beyond the basic Mitzvos of the day when we don't really want to What are your core values and how does exploring them make your Purim different How to notice when you're in people-pleasing mode and how it's affecting your Purim What is the 80/20 rule and how can it help you get the most out of Purim Download my free "Tune In Journal" and accompanying guided meditation here.  For more information about my 1:1 coaching and group programs, check out renareiser.com.
